CSSA 2008

CSSA 2008 – Oklahoma City, OK

CSSA 2008 will be held August 27 – August 31, 2008 in Oklahoma City, OK. Remember folks, Al Kaly is hosting CSSA in 2009 so those of you working with the CSSA 2009 team should attend the event this year to enable you to perform your duties better next year.

Registration is $12.50 per person (couples: $25.00). All registrations and registration fees must be in to the Al Kaly office no later than June 30, 2008.

The VIP and Counterparts Dinners will be in the Cox Convention Center Ballroom on Wednesday evening, August 27, 2008 with social hour starting at 6:30pm and the dinner at 7:30pm. Entertainment will be provided by world famous guitarist Edgar Cruz. Cost is $50 per person. Those wishing to attend the event should contact the office for a registration form. They must be in to India Temple no later than July 1, 2008.

The Ladies Luncheon will be held at the Cox Convention Center Downtown on Friday, August 29, 2008 from 11:00am – 2:00pm. Cost is $30.00 per person. All reservations and payments are to be made through the Al Kaly Shrine Office no later than June 30, 2008.

Rooms for Al Kaly have been reserved at the Hilton Garden Inn Oklahoma City Airport, 801 S. Meridian, Oklahoma City, OK 73108. The hotel is located a few miles from all events. Cost for rooms is $99.00 plus tax per night. Each room comes with a king sized bed and includes breakfast for two daily breakfast coupons which will be given to you when you check in. To get the group rate please make sure you mention the group “Al Kaly Shrine”. Room reservations may be made either by calling them or at our personalized web site.
